Ferrari SF90 Stradale
The Ferrari SF90 Stradale is the Prancing Horse’s first PHEV (Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle) and marks a new chapter in the marque’s history. The car’s name pays tribute to the 90th anniversary of the foundation of Scuderia Ferrari. With a combined 986 hp of gas and electric power, it is the first time in the company’s history that the most powerful car in their lineup is powered by a V8, and not a V12. It is also the most powerful V8 Ferrari has ever produced.
The SF90 Stradale has a 770 hp 90° V8 turbo engine and 216 hp from three electric motors, one at the rear, known as the MGUK (Motor Generator Unit, Kinetic), derived from their Formula 1 car, which is located between the engine and the new 8-speed dual-clutch transmission, and two on the front axle.

In an attempt to harness all of that power, the SF90 Stradale is the first Ferrari sports car to be equipped with 4WD. How quick is this new drivetrain? Launches from zero to 100 km/h take just 2.5 seconds. 0-200 km/h runs occur in only 6.7 seconds. At 250 km/h, the SF90 Stradale generates a staggering 860 pounds of downforce.

This is how man and machine harmoniously work together, at the Ferrari factory in Maranello, Italy, to create this performance masterpiece.
