2024 Ford Mustang

Ford celebrated the launch of the Mustang in April 1964. They celebrated the building of the ten-millionth Mustang in August 2018. They are now celebrating a sales record that has made the Mustang the best-selling sports car for the past 10 years.

We’re proud of the entire Mustang family, what it represents to Ford and especially our passionate Mustang owners and fans.Dave Bozeman, Vice President of Enthusiast Vehicles for Ford Blue and Ford Customer Service Division

“It’s our commitment to serving Mustang’s global community, from Atlanta to Adelaide and beyond, that has earned Mustang the honor of world’s best-selling sports car for 10 years combined.”

Manufactured at the Flat Rock Assembly Plant in Michigan, Ford sells just over three-quarters of all their Mustangs in the United States. In 2022, Mustang sales were up 17 percent in Germany, 15 percent in Switzerland, 14 percent in Britain and 7 percent in the Middle East. Starting this summer, the all-new seventh-generation 2024 Mustang will be sold in more than 100 markets around the world.

The 2024 Mustang is available with 315 hp from the 2.3 litre EcoBoost 4 cylinder engine, 480 hp from the legendary 5.0 litre V8 in the GT, or 500 hp from the 5.0 litre V8 in the Dark Horse Fastback, the most powerful five point oh ever offered. For the first time, you can now stand outside of your Mustang and rev the engine with the Remote Rev feature on the key fob. Also new for 2024 is the Electronic Drift Brake.

Canadian pricing has not been released yet. Reports in the United States suggest that the 2.3 litre EcoBoost will start at around $32,000 US, the 5.0 V8 GT will start at about $43,000 US and the high performance Dark Horse Fastback will start at around $59,000 US.
