Stevenson Motorsports is celebrating their first win of the season for their Audi R8 LMS GT3 in the GTD class at the Mobil 1 SportsCar Grand Prix which was held this weekend at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park near Bowmanville Ontario. It was the seventh race of the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship season.

The No. 57 car was driven by Lawson Aschenbach of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida and Andrew Davis of Athens, Georgia. After 2 hours and 43 minutes of racing the team was just three seconds ahead of Katherine Legge and Andy Lally in their Acura NSX GT3.

The top seven places were represented by seven different manufacturers: Audi R8, Acura NSX, Ferrari 488, BMW M6, Lexus RCF, Lamborghini Huracan and Mercedes-AMG GT. All seven cars crossed the finish line within just 12 seconds of eachother.
