The sixth edition of the Ferrari Cavalcade was a traveling show of more than one hundred Ferraris from all over the world. It took place recently in Apulia which is a southern region of Italy and forms the “heel” of Italy’s “boot”.
The event was held exclusively for the most loyal Ferrari customers and collectors, who share their passion for the Prancing Horse. The participants came from more than 30 Countries on all five continents which is a testament to the brand’s global appeal.
The base camp of Ferrari Cavalcade was Borgo Egnazia, in the Savelletri countryside that straddles the Brindisi and Bari provinces. From there, the participants drove their Ferrari’s along scenic routes, meandering through villages and cities of art. The program combined Mediterranean charm and sheer driving fun, and gave everyone opportunity to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Ferrari.
The Ferrari models participating in the event were mainly recently-manufactured models including GTC4Lusso, F12tdf, California T and the 488 Spider. The jewels in the crown included some special limited cars such as the F40, the F50 and the Enzo. Also in attendance was one of their ultimate cars, the LaFerrari Aperta, the iconic car that symbolises Ferrari’s 70th anniversary.
